This research work aims to show how, through the appropriate use of technology for communication and information (ICT) it is possible to foster the teaching / learning for all students. Especially we want to emphasize the use of technology in educational processes that teachers (both curricular and special ones), should adopt in their daily whether they are on duty or at end of the training course / specialization. The working hypothesis, therefore, is based on a look at the relevant literature on ICT combination with the Pedagogy and Didactics, specially for Special Education. we made an overview of the process of introduction of ICT in education and how it from the centrality of multimedia laboratories and the need to adapt students to these environments to the destruction of the physical environment and the promotion of Great relevance, regarding the use and perception of ICT in education teaching are data emerging from the survey / questionnaire carried out with about 230 teachers the selections for admission to the postgraduate course of specialization as support the 'University of the "Foro Italico". The excursion continues with a description of the networks of schools and other local agencies (both forma and unformal) born around and the recognition and capitalization of experiences, focusing on questions of meaning the transformation of ICT: innovation and internationalization, and the comparison with the national and international experiences.
Questo lavoro di ricerca ha lo scopo di mostrare in che senso attraverso l’uso tecnologie per la comunicazione e l’informazione (TIC) sia possibile favorire i processi di insegnamento / apprendimento per tutti gli alunni. In particolare modo si vuol porre l’accento sull’uso della tecnologia nei processi educativi che i docenti di scuola (curriculari e di sostegno), siano essi in servizio che in uscita dal percorso di formazione/specializzazione, devono realizzare nel proprio lavoro quotidiano. L’ipotesi di lavoro, pertanto, si fonda su uno sguardo alla letteratura attinente le Tecnologie per l’Informazione e la Comunicazione e il connubio con la Pedagogia e la Didattica e in particolare la Pedagogia Speciale. Successivamente viene svolto un approfondimento del processo di introduzione delle TIC in ambito formativo e di come si sia passati dalla centralità delle aule multimediali e la necessità di adattarsi a tali ambienti alla destrutturazione degli ambienti fisici e la valorizzazione delle diversità. Di grande rilevanza, riguardo l’uso e la percezione delle TIC in ambito didattico educativo, sono i dati emersi dall’indagine / questionario effettuata con circa 230 docenti durante le selezioni per l’ammissione al corso di specializzazione per le attività di sostegno presso l’Ateneo del “Foro Italico”. L’excursus continua con la descrizione della Reticolarità nata intorno alle TIC, e la rilevazione e capitalizzazione delle esperienze, focalizzando l’attenzione sulle questioni di senso nella trasformazione delle TIC: l’innovazione e l’internazionalizzazione, e il confronto con le esperienze di nazionali ed internazionali.
