Search for \tau \to 3l Lepton Flavor Violating decay at Babar. An analysis for the search of such decay has been performed using a data sample of 470 fb^-1. The results represent a great improvement over previous searches made by both BaBar and Belle experiments. Upper Limits for the processes under study were set in the range 1.8-3.3 x 10^-8. Using the techniques adopted for the analysis a study for expected resolution at super flavor factories, such as SuperB factory has been performed. Results show that we can expect an almost linear scaling for the upper limits even in a 75ab^-1 data sample scenario
