The research aim is to provide architects with decision making and analysis tools in order to manage the actual glass technology complexity in the field of architecture. Such kind of complexity belongs to: - the high standard levels of production; - the number of glass materials and glass technologies; - the required knowledge and skills through concept design, project development, construction phase and occupancy; - the high materials and technology prices; - the energy costs connected with glass technology in use. These parameters have been investigated starting with the role of information in the entire chain.
