ESTERNALITA’ TERRITORIALI E CONSEGUENZE DI POLICY.

This work is about the territorial externalities and it is divided in this way.In Chapter I is intended to give a definition of this concept and than to catalog the various externalities present in a territory.In Chapter II is intended to show as the dynamics of knowledge externalities are the reason of the economic growth in the long-term.In Chapter III shows, qualitatively, empirically and theoretically, as there is not a order of preference in the the dynamics externalities of specialization and urbanization.In Chapter IV, describes the consequences of policy.The main result of this work is to point put as any policy about the territorial externalities must take in account the total net effect and the equilibrium of social efficiency.
