Contemporary legal systems, specially in recent decades, have had to face challenges and issues posed by an upcoming, to a certain extent totally new, pluralism. The question arises namely with reference to the Sharia. This study aims to understand which effects the legal pluralism and reasonable accommodation have on non-islamic legal systems and on the integration of the Islamic minority.
