The first is a theoretical piece, resolving several paradoxes in theories of bounded rationality and generalized expected utility. The second is a an application of the "meta-rational" approach developed in the first chapter to criminal law. The third chapter is independent from the previous two chapters, and presents several economic arguments against the regulation of speech.
