The main objective is to support professional reflexivity by leveraging digital technologies. Specifically, a validated rubric from academic literature was used to assess how and to what extent the reflection process changes from the beginning to the end of a teaching intervention, thanks to the integration of the digital e-portfolio platform as a support tool in teaching activities. The study is distinguished by a methodological approach that combines the qualitative analysis of students' narratives with a quantitative investigation of the content in their e-portfolios. The aim is to explore how reflection can be facilitated and amplified through the strategic use of e-portfolios. The research questions focus on how e-portfolios can improve the quality of students' critical reflection and whether there is a correspondence between students' perceptions of their reflective improvement and the actual data presented in their e-portfolios.
