The thesis deals with the development of a micro-Combined Heat and Power system, based on fluizized bed membrane reactor and polymeric electrolyte membrane fuel cell, fed by bio-ethanol. Detailed models of the membrane reactor and of the fuel cell have been developed in order to analyze the performances of the system at nominal conditions, at partial load, as well as in critical operating conditions.
La tesi sviluppa un sistema di micro cogenerazione basato su reattore a membrana a letto fluido e celle a combustibile alimentato con bioetanolo. Sono stati sviluppati modelli dettagliati sia del reattore a membrana che della cella a combustibile per analizzare le prestazioni del sistema sia in condizioni nominali che ai carichi parziali o in condizioni critiche.
