Abstract
Health care organisations need to synergistically balance exploration and exploitation in order to rationalise the cost of health care processes, while—at the same time—increasing their quality. The thesis demonstrates that Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) can in fact be used as a lever to solve the exploration-exploitation dilemma, and suggests how ICT-driven innovations can be managed so that the balance between exploratory and exploitatory activities will lead to better performance.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
