The bootstrap program has proven to be very successful throughout its long history. In this work, we have developed a method to explore systematically the space of Effective Field Theories, focusing on the scattering of photons. Moreover, we pave the way for new bootstrap studies in higher dimensional Quantum Field Theories by computing partial waves in any spacetime dimension.
