Aeli Donati quod fertur Commentum ad Eunuchum Terenti: studi di tradizione ed edizione critica.

La presente tesi dottorale intende proporre una nuova edizione critica del commento del grammatico Elio Donato all’Eunuchus di Terenzio. Essa si divide in due volumi. Il primo, a sua volta ripartito in tre sezioni, si sofferma sulla storia della tradizione del testo, sulla costituzione di uno stemma dei testimoni e sulla discussione dei problemi testuali affrontati; il secondo è interamente dedicato al testo critico. My doctoral dissertation aims to propose a new critical edition of Aelius Donatus commentary on Terence's Eunuchus. The thesis is structured in two volumes. The first, divided into three sections, focuses on 1) the textual history of the Commentary on Terence, 2) the constitution of a stemma codicum and 3) the discussion of the numerous textual problems to be found in the text. The second volume consists entirely of the critical text.
