In order to optimize the intrinsic relationship between the product and the territory and make use of the reputation of an area that already has a particular renown, it was decided to identify the legal name in the expression ࢠpane di Cerchiara a lievito madreࢠ, and have been developed a series of logo to match the trademark proposed to the municipality trademark holder, and the adherents bakers, until reaching the final registration of the trademark (nà,°CB 2014 C0035 del 07.05.2014), ultimately elaborating a tool that, also in terms of food security, stands as a guarantee for the final consumer that choosing a branded product, has the safety of consuming a food elaborated under a strict production regulations. The creation of a geographic collective mark with a strong territorial character, has ultimately pursued the aim of achieve a virtuos mechanism for an entire community and for a whole territory, aiming at increase its appeal, on the food market, environmental and of the tourism market, with the hope of providing a beginning of an enhancement of the entire geographic area of reference, worthy of a great future.
