The aim of this PhD thesis work is to develop an innovative process for growing Cu(In,Ga)Se2 thin films, starting from precursors obtained by new materials, like Indium Selenide In2Se3 and InSe, Gallium Selenide Ga2Se3 and GaSe and Copper, suitable for producing in a reproducible way high-efficiency solar cells.
