Abstract

The candidate has proposed a project on historical and institutional examination and version from vulgar Catalan in Italian language of Addicions alle Ordenacià³ns de la Cort enacted in 1344 by Pietro IV the Ceremonious.
The Ordenacià³n, constituted a broad body of laws with which the sovereign governed the services of the court, stationery and of the financial arrangements of the State, had full legal validity in the course of centuries XIV-XV.
These were joined the Addicions, new orders that ruled the tasks of the officers were active in Palacium. The laws aimed at the official services Palatine, belonging to Maggiordomo, the Camerlengo, Cancelliere and to the Maestro razionale, were promulgated by the same Pietro IV (1336-1387) and his successors Giovanni I (1387-1396), Martino I (1396-1410), Ferdinando I de Antequera (1412-1416) and Alfonso V (1416-1458).
The lack of a study staff on the subject has led the candidate to undertake this work of research. In the first part of the thesis has been studied the text already published of Ordenacià³ns de la sua Cort; in the second part, the candidate has analysed the content of addicions.
The argument is accompanied by a full bodied Appendix documentary preceded by a note that indicates the rules of transcription followed. For the transcription of the text was used as reference the ms. 5986 the National Library of Madrid, integrated with the other ten codes containing the text.
