The object of this thesis work is Bs ? ?+?? rare decay, a golden channel to detect New Physics Beyond the Standard Model. The analysis here presented is based on the data collected in 2010 data taking period with the ATLAS detector at LHC. On the branching ratio an Upper Limit of Br(Bs ? ?+??) < 5.91à- 10?7 at 95% CL has been set.
