Digital revolutions are profoundly transforming work practices and processes, making new training approaches and the development of transversal competences increasingly necessary. The literature recognizes gamification as a useful tool for educational and training design, and growth mindset as one of the key competences identified by the European LifeCompframework. In this perspective, the research analyses the pedagogical declinations of growth mindset in adult learning processes, with particular attention to its intersection with neuroscience, enactivism, and gamification. Following a theoretical reconstruction of the construct and an analysis of the main educational paradigms and gamification design models, a training prototype was developed to foster openness to challenge, the valorization of error, and critical reflection on individual processes. The prototype was evaluated by professionals through semi-structured interviews, which made it possible to gather targeted observations and in-depth feedback aimed at its improvement. The results highlighted a positive assessment of the gamification elements introduced – in particular immediate feedback, progression, and storytelling – recognized as effective tools for fostering transformative learning. The research therefore aims to propose a design framework that is useful and transferable across different professional contexts, capable of supporting the initiation of a growth mindset in adults.

Abstract
The research therefore aims to propose a design framework that is useful and transferable across different professional contexts, capable of supporting the initiation of a growth mindset in adults.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
