Abstract

With the development of power electronics and storage systems, the electric vehicles market has grown. So, for this reason low voltage electric grids are experiencing growth in the number of charging stations. There are several power levels to charge an electric vehicle with DC or AC voltage. This Ph.D. thesis proposes two double three-phase power supply solutions for DC charging stations to charge the vehicle battery and to control active and reactive power flows between two electric feeders using power electronics converters.
