In this thesis new strategies for the synthesis of 2D nanomaterials were developed in order to improve the standard synthesis routes. In particular, Pulsed Laser Ablation in Liquids (PLAL) is used for the synthesis of MoS2 fullerene-like in pure water and the synthesis of the polyynes, employed as precursor for the growth of Carbon Nanowalls. In this case an electric field is applied to drive the growth of the building blocks on the surface of the electrodes. Moreover an exfoliation of MoS2 assisted by ultrasound and centrifugation treatments is performed in order to obtain layered materials in common solvents without contaminants. The last synthesis carried out in this thesis was the formation of nano-conductive networks made of MoSI and gold nanoparticles.
In questa tesi, sono stati studiati diversi metodi di sintesi per l ottenimento di nanostrutture 2D con lo scopo di implementare e migliorare le sintesi classiche di questi nanomateriali. In particolare sono state sintetizzate nanostrutture fullerene-like di MoS2 in acqua tramite l'utilizzo dell'ablazione laser in liquido (PLAL). In oltre tramite questa metodica sono stati prodotti i poliini, catene lineari di carbonio, che sono stati utilizzati come precursori per l'ottenimento dei Carbon Nanowalls mediante l'applicazione di un campo elettrico che ha provocato il trasporto di queste specie sugli elettrodi provocandone la crescita in nanostrutture. Inoltre è stato esfoliato MoS2 in solventi comuni mediante l'ausilio di centrifuga e sonicazione per evitare l'utilizzo di contaminanti e solventi pericolosi. In fine sono state preparate nano-reti conduttive formate da MoSI e nanoparticelle di oro implementando la sintesi di entrambi i componenti.
