Olfaction disorders can be an important clue in several clinic-pathological conditions, including trauma, sinonasal pathology, neurodegenerative diseases, tumors etc. As for auditory disorders, we can classify them in : conductive, sensorial and neural disorders. Besides, it’s important to mention also the iatrogenic conditions and the idiopathic conditions. In this work we reported three studies made in collaboration with different partners. -Evaluation of the olfactory function deficit in patients with movement disorders: idiopathic Parkinson disease (IPD) versus drug induced Parkinsonism (DIPD) (study in collaboration with con the Neurology and Geriatric Unit of the “Borgo Trento Hospital”, Verona) -Evaluation of the olfactory and taste deficit in food intake disorders (study in collaboration with Casa di Cura “Villa Garda”, Nutritional rehabilitation Division) -Olfactory function in patients with ischemic stroke. Evaluation with Sniffin’Sticks extended test and olfactory event-related potentials (OERPs), a pilot study (study made at the “Taste and Smell Clinic”, Department of Otorhinolaryngology, University Hospital of Dresden, Germany)

Abstract
Evaluation with Sniffin’Sticks extended test and olfactory event-related potentials (OERPs), a pilot study (study made at the “Taste and Smell Clinic”, Department of Otorhinolaryngology, University Hospital of Dresden, Germany)File | Dimensione | Formato | |
