The first part of the thesis examines the Aristotelian sources of Kant and the intellectual context of Königsberg in which the Kantian philosophy is born, using new, original, and unpublished material, such as Vorlesungsverzeichnisse 1703-1719, the Einladungsschriften, and the Aristotelian-Scholastic hand¬books that were officially adopted at the Albertina. The second part of the thesis deals with the problem of facultative logic in Kant in relation to Königsberg’s Aristotelian tradition, the first Kantian interests on metaphysics and the transition from ontology to logic in light of the tradition of Königsberg’s Schulphilosophie, Kant’s first logical and methodological reflections with special reference to Regiomontan tradition and the methodological problems related to syllogistic and ars combinatoria. The third part of thesis examines the Aristotelian doctrines of the Critique of Pure Reason such as the distinction of matter and form of knowledge, the division of transcendental logic in analytic and dialectic, the theory of categories and schema, the opposition between κατ᾽ἄνθρωπον-κατ᾽ἀλήθειαν arguments, and the methodological issues of the architectonic.

Abstract
The third part of thesis examines the Aristotelian doctrines of the Critique of Pure Reason such as the distinction of matter and form of knowledge, the division of transcendental logic in analytic and dialectic, the theory of categories and schema, the opposition between κατ᾽ἄνθρωπον-κατ᾽ἀλήθειαν arguments, and the methodological issues of the architectonic.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
