This thesis analyzes the Act 3 April 2001 n. 142 and, in particular, the principle of dual relationship, associative and of job, which characterizes the working member of a cooperative and its discipline. Finally, the thesis analyze the problem of false cooperation and criteria developed by the doctrine and case law about the identification of the true and the false cooperation and its aspects simulators.
