In Italy, the start-up phenomenon has blossom recently: we observe the evolution of a new organizational form caracterized by flexibility and dynanism, required by today organizational world. Despite of the current crisis, this can be understood as a mechanism to create jobs and an engine of economic growth of a country (Hormiga, Batista-Canino, Sánchez-Medina, 2011). The evolution of the start-up phenomenon, therefore, need to be investigated, especially by psychologists which focused on organizations.The aim of the research project is, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, to explore the phenomenon and its protagonists, investigating their characteristics and the relevance of variables teamwork-related, work engagement, creativity and effectual reasoning (Sarasvathy, 2001).

Abstract
