My primary research interests lie at the intersection of microeconomics, labor economics, and household economics, with particular attention to applications to developing countries. This dissertation is a collection of three papers, organized in three corresponding chapters, that all address different issues within this broad category, but with level, scope of analysis, and methodologies that vary across essays. The overall aim of my research is to use both theory and econometric analysis to examine questions with potentially important policy implications in the area of labor and household economics.

Abstract
My primary research interests lie at the intersection of microeconomics, labor economics, and household economics, with particular attention to applications to developing countries. This dissertation is a collection of three papers, organized in three corresponding chapters, that all address different issues within this broad category, but with level, scope of analysis, and methodologies that vary across essays. The overall aim of my research is to use both theory and econometric analysis to examine questions with potentially important policy implications in the area of labor and household economics.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
