The thesis deals with of the impugnation for annulment of arbitral award ritual. First, it treats the topic of the invalidity award pronounced on dispute not arbitrable. Second, it analyzes, in detail, the twelve grounds of impugnation, specifically indicated in the Article 829, first paragraph of Code of Civil Procedure. Third, it examines the hypothesis of nullity of the award for errores in iudicando of the arbitrators and for violation public order.
