This work addresses issues related to new scenarios of learning in so-called Knowledge Society and the challenges that it requires the evaluation of corporate training in the new "environment" training. Starting from the definition of itself as a knowledge society will try to give a reading that highlights the main elements that characterize the opening reflection on the look it gives to its future and the scenarios to which it directs its cognitive and learning challenges. In this analysis can not fail to consider the link between contemporary society and so-called new technologies (ICT: Information and Comunication Technologies).
