Sono state sviluppate matrici elettrofilate a base di PLA-PCL finalizzate ad impianto sostitutivo temporaneo esofageo. Il progetto ha previsto ottimizzazione del processo di elettrofilatura, caratterizzazione chimico-fisica-biologica in vitro delle matrici, ora in sperimentazione su maiale. Matrici elettrofilate sono state caricate con Desametasone e Gentamicina per studiarne le cinetiche di rilascio
