The objective of this research is to analyze the job before the young come of age with the aim to explain how to mix work and training. The study and the analysis of the work of young people is not easy in itself because the first problems that the interpreter encounters are the notion of "youth work" and "child labor". Considering the classical distinction between child work and child labor, it should be noted that it does not take any importance for the purposes of this research, pertinent to the study of the working hypotheses for children over the age of 15 years. Young adolescents should test themselves with institutions such as apprenticeship, school-work and voucher. This is because work experience for young people are an opportunity for personal growth, able to develop their social skills and help them to understand their vocations. The use of these institutions, not entirely accepted and implemented in our system, can produce a socialization at work, where a key role is played by the school, which must be open to new forms of training. It is hoped, therefore, the creation of a specific legislation in the expectation of good practices, suitable to valorize the work according to the Constitution, ex art. 1.

Abstract
