The above thesis deals with the problematic question of psychological assistence in the crime, analyzing the difficulties in demonstrate causal relationship in the field of interpersonal transactions. The repression of psychological assistence postulates a delicate balance between the costitutional principles in the criminal law (such as that of the personality of criminal liability and of freedom of expression of thought) and the pressing demands of justice.
