The aim of this thesis is to determine, from a constructivist perspective, the existence and impact of a specific typology of power created within the Internet Governance ecosystem, called the Cyber Civilian Power. It is defined as an inclusive process of networking empowerment. The hypothesis consists in probing how collaborative leadership generates cyber civilian power and it is successfully applied in three complex scenarios: the institutional internationalization, the risk of global fragmentation and the transition process.
