La Migración de Ideas Constitucionales en la jurisprudencia de la Corte Constitucional colombiana

The present doctoral research is circumscribed in a topic of comparative constitutional law, such it is the Migration of Constitutional Ideas. In this sense, the research aims to examine how this phenomenon has been materialized in the jurisprudence of the Colombian Constitutional Court, because of the incorporation of foreign jurisprudential doctrines, with regard to the limits to the power of constitutional amendment; the object of the constitutional review; and the extension of the sources of law as an instrument of normative integration and parameter of constitutional review. To achieve this purpose, the study includes an analysis and a critical exposition of the global context in which this phenomenon has developed, as well as its concrete application regarding local Constitutional Courts at a global level; and finally, regarding the Colombian case.
