This work's focus is on the religious propaganda - as referred to by Article 19 of the Italian Constitution – through audiovisual and radio media services in Italy. In order to assess whether a specific regulation would be useful to be implemented in Italy in respect of the religious propaganda by the abovementioned means, this works intends to identify the concept of “religious broadcasting” via radio and TV from an Italian law standpoint. The final part of the work analyses regulations in force in certain foreign countries in respect of religious propaganda.
