Subject of this work is the preliminary evidence of the administrative process and its compatibility with the constitutional principles of due process. The work is composed of three parts. The first shows the historical evolution of the investigation discipline of the administrative process. The second relates to the examination of evidence. The third, at the end, examines the investigatory powers of the court and the burden of proof parts.
