TERAPIA NON FARMACOLOGICA NEI DISTURBI DIROMPENTI DEL COMPORTAMENTO. AUTOCONTROLLO ATTRAVERSO TECNICHE DI DRAMMATIZZAZIONE

The oppositional defiant behavior in ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperctivity Disorder) and the theatre are the bases of this research. We wished to demonstrate experimentally how the theatre therapy, together pharmacologic therapy, could be helpful in the handling of Oppositional Defiant Disorder of disturbs of behavior. In detail have been used techniques of dramatization within the theatre context. Theatre for its peculiarities strangthen the relationship with ourselves and the others through verbal and not verbal communication. The main target of the theatre therapy is the improvement the quality of life for the subject that undergoes the treatment, reducing the situations of discomfort caused, in this specific case, by the Oppositional Defiant Disorder disturbs that induce aggressive acts towards ourselves and the others, towards objects and at the verbal level.

I comportamenti dirompenti nell’ADHD e il teatro sono alla base di questa ricerca. Si è voluto dimostrare sperimentalmente come la teatro terapia possa essere, assieme alla terapia farmacologica, d’aiuto alla gestione dei disturbi dirompenti del comportamento. Più precisamente, sono state utilizzate tecniche di drammatizzazione sviluppate all’interno di un contesto teatrale. Il teatro per le sue peculiarità potenzia la relazione con se stessi e con gli altri attraverso la comunicazione verbale e quella non verbale. Scopo principale della teatro terapia è di migliorare la qualità della vita di chi vi si sottopone, attenuando le situazioni di disagio causate, in questo specifico caso, dai disturbi oppositivi provocatori del comportamento che si manifestano con: atti aggressivi verso se stessi, verso gli altri, verso degli oggetti e a livello verbale.
