The thesis deals with social and cultural dynamics and the economic and political implications of local television stations in Veneto. The televisions are analyzed as editorial structure and from the point of view of the public. In addition, the television is studied as an instrument comparing it with the technological opportunities of the new devices in the world of communication that are increasingly popular in the social system, creating a cultural and generational gap. The research relies on a strong empirical component based on mixed quantitative and qualitative methods.
