Future expenses in patients who are victims of road polytrauma are a much debated topic in forensic medicine, as a field in which there are still evaluation problems, given the purely prognostic characteristics of this approach However, with the grafting of new technologies, it has been possible to provide an objective estimate of the joint deficit of these patients and adapt it to the performance of specific activities, both of daily life and strictly professional. The accurate clinical functional evaluation can provide a very valid aid to the estimation of future expenses, which involve both the anatomical-functional level and the dynamic-relational sphere of the patients
