Il diritto come reciprocità:un'analisi a partire dall'opera di Malinowski

The aim of the present thesis is to rediscover an author considered a great classic in anthropology but which is almost unknown in philosophical-juridical studies. In fact, Bronisław Malinowski was first considered a pioneer in his field and then an uncomfortable giant to be rebuffed, especially after the posthumous publication of the personal diary, written during the probably most famous ethnographic experience in the history of anthropology. However, the contribution of his reflection on some legal themes has not been carefully considered; many of his essays on primitive law have not yet been translated into Italian and some of his considerations have never been published yet. The purpose of this paper is to offer a philosophical contribution to an anthropological-juridical theme such as reciprocity, taking into account the author's main studies but also some unpublished works.
