Trusts, pools, cartels, coalitions, ententes, consortia, mergers, and many other words that we can refer to the very general term of sindacati industriali - as it will be the one that will find the most consensus in legal and economic doctrine - they are the object of this work and whose purpose has been to reconstruct the legal - doctrinal, jurisprudential and normative – ‘reactions’ that have developed in Italy and Spain.

Trusts, pool, cartelli, coalizioni, intese, consorzi, concentrazioni, e tanti altri lemmi che possiamo ricondurre al generalissimo termine di sindacati industriali - in quanto sarà quello che troverà più consenso nella dottrina giuridica ed economica - sono l’oggetto di questo lavoro e del quale si sono volute ricostruire le ‘reazioni’ giuridiche - dottrinali, giurisprudenziali e normative - sviluppatesi in Italia e in Spagna.
