This contribution aims to rethink and redefine the student's educational setting to create optimal learning conditions by leveraging the potential of light stimuli present in educational tools and the classroom environment. Literature has shown that different wavelengths are associated with varying levels of engagement in children, as they are linked to different emotions experienced upon seeing the coloured stimulus (Ram, 2021; Gunes, 2020; Kramer et al., 2019; Vandewalle et al., 2017; Chellappa et al., 2011). Based on these premises, the objective is to outline the impact of coloured stimuli on the memorization processes of elementary school children, through the conscious use of the following colours: 255-0-0 (700.47nm), 0-255-0 (546.09nm), 0-0-255 (435.79nm), 121-0-255 (428 nm), 69-255-0 (534 nm), and 255-248-128 (572 nm), selected based on the high sensitivity of the human eye's photoreceptors (Liu et al., 2021). The selected sample consisted of 134 children, aged between 7 and 11 years, from various public and private schools in Rome. The study was conducted in two phases: (1) analysis of the relationship between wavelength and emotion in each child; (2) utilization of educational tools characterized by a colour calibrated to the existing relationship between the student's emotional processes and wavelength. The potential of the project lies in its high practical level and personalization: the choice to propose individualized educational settings allows for the calibration of the proposal based on the specificities and needs of each student, thus respecting the diversity within the classroom group

Abstract
This contribution aims to rethink and redefine the student's educational setting to create optimal learning conditions by leveraging the potential of light stimuli present in educational tools and the classroom environment. Literature has shown that different wavelengths are associated with varying levels of engagement in children, as they are linked to different emotions experienced upon seeing the coloured stimulus (Ram, 2021; Gunes, 2020; Kramer et al., 2019; Vandewalle et al., 2017; Chellappa et al., 2011).
