Ammortizzatori sociali: evoluzione e prospettive di riforma

This thesis, takes as its starting point the examination of the instruments of income support and analyzes the problematic issues raised by these institutes, principally owing to the changed economic and social. The research then focuses on the new role they have played in the post-industrial era, and highlights the need for reform of social safety nets as a means to provide workers with full coverage in terms of social security, finally indicating aspects those which are to be corrected by the desired reform.

La tesi, iniziando la riflessione dall’esame degli strumenti di sostegno al reddito, analizza i punti problematici sollevati da tali istituti soprattutto in seguito al mutato contesto economico-sociale. La ricerca si sofferma, poi, sul nuovo ruolo da essi rivestito nello scenario post-industriale ed evidenzia la necessità di una riforma degli ammortizzatori sociali in chiave universalistica, indicando, infine, quelli che sono gli aspetti da correggere attraverso l'auspicata riforma.
