IL PERCORSO VERSO L’INCLUSIONE FEMMINILE E DI GENERE: FENOMENI, DEFINIZIONI E STRUMENTI

The dissertation aims to analyse the theme of inclusion in the world of work, adopting a multidisciplinary and multisectoral perspective, focusing on women’s and gender’s labour inclusion. The first chapter is devoted to the search for the origins of female and gender inequality, trying to highlight not only statistical data but also mechanisms which appear to be both cause and effect of these situations. The second chapter examines the labour market context, always trying to interpret the data by studying the phenomena which affect inequality. Following the context analysis, the third chapter is dedicated to the search for a definition of the concept of inclusion, highlighting its relations in particular with human rights. The last four chapters are dedicated to the search for instruments for equality, going through the legislation of labor law, active policies, documentation required and also the theme of dematerialization of spaces and times, trying to bring the world of work and society in general into contact. In each chapter the reconstruction of the current system is accompanied by reflections on the strengths and weaknesses of the current shape of the road to equality with the aim of highlighting new paths, including regulatory, for a society, effectively equitable, inclusive and sustainable.

L’elaborato si propone di analizzare il tema dell’inclusione nel mondo del lavoro adottando una prospettiva multidisciplinare e multisettoriale, soffermandosi in particolare sull’inclusione lavorativa femminile e di genere. Il primo capitolo è dedicato alla ricerca delle origini della disparità femminile e di genere, tentando di porre in evidenza, non solo dati statistici, ma anche meccanismi che risultano essere al tempo stesso causa ed effetto di tali situazioni. Il secondo capitolo approfondisce puntualmente il contesto del mercato del lavoro, cercando sempre di interpretare i dati attraverso lo studio dei fenomeni che incidono sulla disparità. A seguito dell’analisi di contesto, il terzo capitolo è dedicato alla ricerca di una definizione del concetto di inclusione, evidenziandone le relazioni in particolare con i diritti umani. Gli ultimi quattro capitoli sono invece dedicati alla ricerca degli strumenti per la parità, attraversando la normativa del diritto del lavoro, le politiche attive, la documentazione richiesta e anche il tema della dematerializzazione degli spazi e dei tempi, tentando di mettere in comunicazione il mondo del lavoro e la società in generale. In ogni capitolo la ricostruzione dell’attuale sistema si affianca a riflessioni sui punti di forza e di debolezza dell’attuale conformazione della strada verso la parità con l’obiettivo di evidenziare nuovi percorsi, anche normativi, per una società, effettivamente equa, inclusiva e sostenibile.
