Il futuro digitale e verde delle politiche attive e passive di welfare pubblico: il caso della Regione Emilia-Romagna

This research project arises from the need to question how digital and technological evolution are changing the social and productive fabric of the Emilia-Romagna Region, specifically in light of the troubled history of Italian socio-welfare legislation, characterised by frequent changes in government and by the temporary nature of the measures introduced. This thesis intends to contribute to focussing on the terms of the current relationship between the so-called twin transitions and labour market policies, with the illustration of the renewal trajectory that characterises the Emilia-Romagna territorial reality.

Il presente progetto di ricerca nasce dalla necessità di interrogarsi su come l’evoluzione digitale e tecnologica stiano cambiando il tessuto sociale e produttivo della Regione Emilia-Romagna, nello specifico, alla luce della travagliata storia normativa socio-assistenziale italiana – costellata da frequenti cambiamenti di governo e dalla temporaneità delle misure introdotte. Questo elaborato intende contribuire a mettere a fuoco i termini del rapporto attuale tra le c.d. transizioni gemelle e le politiche del mercato del lavoro, con l’illustrazione della traiettoria di rinnovamento che caratterizza la realtà territoriale Emiliano-Romagnola.
