Transazioni ambientali e rito penale

The thesis provides a systematic reconstruction of the procedure for extinguishing environmental misdemeanors as set out in the Environmental Code. In particular, through a comparative analysis with similar procedures in other areas of the legal system, it aims to examine the issues related to this mechanism and to propose possible solutions, also reviewing those already adopted in practice. In addition to the implications strictly connected to criminal law, the study also addresses those involving other branches of law, especially criminal procedure, as well as links with administrative law.
