Nowadays, for the companies in the European market, Corporate Social Responsibility appears to be a priority and related issues on it are becoming mainly essential to deal with. The impact of the firms' operations on the environment and society are taken into consideration more seriously in the modern world. Companies are keen to evaluate the outcomes of their activities' effects on their stakeholders, such as customers, NGOs, investors because company's impact on the environment plays a major role in creating solid corporate image and credibility in the market and the successfulness of the business is highly dependent on fulfilling the needs of the stakeholders. Thus, most of the contemporary companies are becoming actively involved in the solution of issues related to the environment an this has become an essential strategy in order to be a successful business.
