Human Resources Management is the practices of relationship between HRM-Performance in work climate and organizational performance in the branch network of a retail bank.It extends previous research on group-level climate-performance and HRM-Performance relationship and examines. Significant correlation are found between a multidimensional theoretically grounded configuration of high-involvement human resources practices and turnover intentions. The three research questions: what high-involvement, high-commitment and high performance HR practices on turnover intentions.The authors also observed that procedural justice, affective and continuance commitment and citizenship behaviors partially mediate the effects of high-involvements HR practices on the turnover intentions of highly skilled professionals.
