Digital technologies are integrated in many aspects of life and work and present benefits and challenge for organizations, managers, and employees. In order to have advantages from digital technologies, organizations should be creative for new working environments and their culture around digital developments in the workplace. Managers are increasingly being held accountable for providing resources that support employee development, particularly in the form of feedback. To support managers organizations must provide managers with the digital technologies they need to succeed in this area. So, this thesis is to examine performance feedback and digitalization of work to understand the conceptualization of continuous feedback and its dimensions and the relationship between the use of digital technology to provide feedback and the perception of the employees about the feedbacks. By investigating the effects of continuous feedback, the authors seek to acquire greater knowledge regarding the use of digital technologies to provide feedback and the perception of the employees. Therefore, this study has an inductive and qualitative approach and investigates the company cognizant, Infosys and IBM from India. The aim is to understand how this MNC companies work with continuous feedback using digital technologies and perception of employees about the feedback.
