This doctoral research investigates the relationship between language, masculinity, power, and the organisation of work, proposing a training and communicative model capable of promoting equal opportunities and of deconstructing the phallogo-capitalist paradigm. The latter is understood as the entanglement of logocentrism, phallocentrism, and capitalism, which, through language, shapes subjectivities, relationships, and power structures within contemporary organisations. The objective of the research is therefore twofold: on the one hand, to analyse the linguistic and symbolic dispositifs that reproduce gender hierarchies and rigid identity models, with particular attention to “masculinity”; on the other, to develop communicative and training strategies oriented towards the construction of more equitable and plural organisational relations. To this end, the thesis brings Derridean différance into dialogue with Butler’s theory of performativity, conceiving language as a constitutive practice of social, political, and entrepreneurial reality. Specifically, the work combines theoretical analysis and empirical experimentation: the initial chapters outline a genealogy of the phallogo-capitalist paradigm; in the fourth chapter, these analyses are translated into a queer-oriented training praxis, integrating specific practices and philosophical consultancy modalities. This methodology was also applied during the internship at Leader Confcooperative Puglia, where queer training programmes led to a reduction in the perception of discrimination (from 40.8% to 12.9%) and an increase in linguistic and relational awareness. The research thus seeks to demonstrate that the philosophy of language and gender, intertwined with organisational praxis, can function as an ethical and transformative dispositif. From this perspective, the language and queer method developed and proposed in this work do not merely offer an alternative lexicon, but become a deconstructive and performative gesture, capable of dismantling the logics of the phallogo-capitalist paradigm and of generating communicative strategies oriented towards the realisation of equal opportunities in corporate contexts.

Abstract
From this perspective, the language and queer method developed and proposed in this work do not merely offer an alternative lexicon, but become a deconstructive and performative gesture, capable of dismantling the logics of the phallogo-capitalist paradigm and of generating communicative strategies oriented towards the realisation of equal opportunities in corporate contexts.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
