This PhD thesis deals with the many legal questions concerning the juridical treatment of crimes which last in time. The author tries to explain the phenomenon of "a crime-timespan" as a multiple infringement of the same law and therefore a concurrence of offences. This multiple infringement of the same precept can nevertheless be seen as one crime thanks to the application of the rules and principles quintessential to the treatment of the concurrence of offences in criminal law. Consisting of the same phenomenon, the 3 different types of crimes (reato permanente, abituale, a consumazione prolungata) that can last in time should overall be reduced to just one type: the reato permanente. That solves most of the legal questions concerning the "crime-timespan" phenomenon, since the Italian penal code provides a clear set of rules just for the reato permanente.

Abstract
That solves most of the legal questions concerning the "crime-timespan" phenomenon, since the Italian penal code provides a clear set of rules just for the reato permanente.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
