Our aim is to verify whether and to what extent the genetics of C. H. Saint-Simon's thought is rooted in elements derived from the influence of liberal thought, through a series of characteristic elements of the Saint-Simonian corpus. In the context of nineteenth-century French political philosophy, the specificity of the Saint-Simonian analysis is linked in particular to the often-underestimated relationship he introduced with the social sciences. Saint-Simon proposes, in fact, a study of the human being from the point of view of interactions in society, starting from a questioning of the modalities of association, confronted with the productive and economic interdependence between the individual and the collectivity that characterizes the social order of the 19th century. In structuring our analysis, we will devote the first part to the modalities of the renewal desired and proposed by Saint-Simon through the foundation of a general interest; the second part, to the role that production assumes within the Saint-Simonian system; and finally, the third part to the relationship between organization and association.

Abstract
In structuring our analysis, we will devote the first part to the modalities of the renewal desired and proposed by Saint-Simon through the foundation of a general interest; the second part, to the role that production assumes within the Saint-Simonian system; and finally, the third part to the relationship between organization and association.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
