The thesis aims to analyze the main characteristics of the labor ritual, from its origins (19th century) to the present day. In particular, the first Section deals with some of the critical issues that characterize labor procedures today, while the second part is dedicated to the issue of access to justice and the interpretative powers of the labor judge.

La tesi ha l'obiettivo di analizzare le caratteristiche principali del rito del lavoro, dalle sue origini (XIX secolo) fino ad oggi. In particolare, la prima Sezione affronta alcune delle criticità che connotano oggi le procedure lavoristiche, mentre la seconda parte è dedicata al tema dell'accesso alla giustizia e ai poteri interpretativi del giudice del lavoro.
